すべてのツアーコースには対象年齢を設定しています。対象年齢はあくまでも目安ですが、対象年齢外の方はツアー内容を正確に理解していただくため、ご予約の前に一度、メールにてお問合せください。
グループでお申込みの場合、参加者全員にツアー内容の共有をお願いします。ツアーは個別対応（貸し切り）ではないため、ツアー中は緊急事態以外のケースでのツアー内容の変更はできません。
他のツアー参加者と無用のトラブルを防止するためツアー内容を正しくご理解ください。
ツアー中の飲酒は厳禁です。

ご旅行の出発前から軽いウォーキング、入浴などで汗をかくといったトレーニングをしておくことをお勧めいたします。

当店のツアー代金は事前決済となっております。ご予約フォームよりご予約いただき、手順に沿ってツアー代金をクレジットカードでお支払いください。

お客様側の理由（急に体調が悪くなった、急用ができた、旅行が中止になった、等）によりツアーをキャンセルされる場合は、ご予約のツアー代金に対して以下のキャンセル料が発生いたしますのでご注意ください。

　 ツアー6日前～ツアー3日前：30%
　 ツアー前々日：50%
　 ツアー前日～ツアー当日：100%

キャンセル料は事前にお支払い手続きをされたツアー代金より精算させていただきます。

ツアー前日は深酒を避け、早めに就寝するよう心掛けましょう。ツアー当日の朝ご飯もしっかりとってください。夏場のトレッキングは思いのほか体力を消耗します。寝不足や体調不良では楽しい思い出をつくれませんからね。

石垣港離島ターミナルに併設されたコインパーキングは満車となる場合がありますので、ご利用予定のある方は時間の余裕をもってご出発ください。
ツアーご予約時に当店が指定した便にご乗船ください。西表島には「上原（うえはら）港」と「大原（おおはら）港」の2つの港があり、行き先を間違えるとツアーに参加できなくなります。目的地を再度確認の上、乗船チケットを購入してください。
上原港行きの船が欠航した場合は大原港行きの船に乗って西表島へお越しください。その場合のアクセス方法については前日の最終確認までにご説明いたします。

お迎えの時間等に変更がある場合、お電話またはショートメールにてお知らせいたします。

夏季（4～10月）
乾きやすい素材のシャツ（日焼け対策としては長袖がベター）、ショートパンツにスパッツが良いでしょう。
滝つぼで泳ぐ方は、あらかじめ水着も着用しておいてください。

冬季（11～3月）
夏用の服装にウインドブレーカーなど風を通さない服をご準備ください。水着の着用は特に必要ありません。
ツアー当日の最高気温が20度以下になる場合は中間着（薄手のフリースなど）があればよいでしょう。

専用シューズ（18～32cm）を無料レンタルしておりますのでご利用ください。ご予約は不要です。
当店でレンタルしているシューズはこちらです。

夏場は1～2リットル、冬場は0.5～1リットルの飲料水が必要です。
特に夏場はお茶や水だけでなくスポーツドリンクもあると良いでしょう。当店でも販売しておりますのでツアー出発前にお買い求め下さい。

ライフジャケットは無料レンタルしておりますので特に準備の必要はありません。

リュックサックを無料レンタルしておりますのでご利用ください。ご予約は不要です。

ツアー中に必要のない着替えなどの荷物は、当店に置いてツアーへご参加ください。

無料の貴重品専用ロッカーをご利用ください。ロックはダイヤル式なので鍵を持ち歩く必要もありません。

帽子やタオル（当店にて販売中）、日焼け止めは最低限お持ちください。サングラス、手袋（軍手など）もあると更に良いでしょう。

撮影用のスマートフォン、iPhone、デジカメをお持ちになる方は自己責任で管理してください。防水仕様のカメラではない場合は、専用ハウジングの利用などの防水対策をお勧めします。
当店では防水バッグを無料レンタルしておりますが、ツアー中における携行品の故障、破損等について当店は一切関与しないものといたします。ご了承ください。

ツアー終了後、石垣島へ戻る方、レンタカーをご利用の方、飲食店をご利用の方は着替えを一式ご用意ください。
シャワー室（温水）を完備しておりますので、必要な方はご利用ください。濡れたままでの公共交通の利用、飲食店への入店はマナー違反となります。ご注意ください。

There is an age limit for all courses. This is only a guideline, but if you are outside of this age limit, please contact us by email before making your reservation so that you can accurately understand the tour content.

We hope you can go on your tour in the best conditions, so don’t drink too much alcohol, and try and get a good night’s sleep the night before. After you finish the tour, you will be able to eat a delicious dinner and drink a lot of beer.

Hot season : April to October
A quick dry and quick absorption shirt, short pants and swim leggings would be good.
Long sleeves would be better for sun protection.

Fall and Winter season : November to March
The weather is quite cool during the fall and winter on Iriomote Island, because it is often windy.
So you should wear a wind- breaker. A fleece would be better if the temperature is below 20 degrees.

You can use our free rental shoes. The sizes are from 18cm to 32cm. here

On summer season and hot day. *1-2L
On winter season. *0.5 – 1L
We also sell bottled water and isotonic drink.

You don’t need to prepare a life jacket. It include in tour cost.

You don’t need to bring a rucksack. It is included in the cost of the tour.

We will take care of any large baggage you have.

Please use the free locker for valuables.

You need a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and a towel. You can buy them at our shop.

You need to protect your camera from water. We cannot be held responsible for any breakages.

You can use the shower room after the tour. It is free. Please do not board a ferry or go to a restaurant in wet clothes.
