ツアー当日に船が満席で乗船できない方が発生しております
当店が指定した船に乗れないとツアーに参加できなくなります。ツアーのご予約が完了したら必ず乗船券の事前購入もお済ませください。

船に乗るのは先着順のため、乗客が多い日は乗船券を事前購入していても出航時刻前に満席で乗れなくなることがあります。確実に乗船するためには出航時刻の20分前には乗船口に移動しておくことをお勧めいたします。

ツアー内容をしっかり把握した上でツアーにご参加ください。
グループでのご参加はすべてのメンバーにツアー内容の共有をお願いします。
ツアーは個別対応ではないためツアー内容の変更はできません（貸し切りコース、緊急事態を除く）。
ツアー中は他のお客様と無用のトラブルを防止するためツアー内容を正しくご理解ください。
ツアー中の飲酒は厳禁です。

ご旅行の出発前から軽いウォーキング、入浴などで汗をかくといったトレーニングをしておくことをお勧めいたします。

お客様側の理由（体調が悪くなった、急用ができた、旅行が中止になった、船に乗れなかった、上原港行きの船が欠航した等）によりツアーをキャンセルされる場合は、ご予約のツアー代金に対して以下のキャンセル料が発生いたしますのでご注意ください。

　 ツアー10日前～ツアー7日前：10%
　 ツアー6日前～ツアー3日前：30%
　 ツアー前々日：50%
　 ツアー前日～ツアー当日：100%

キャンセル料は事前にお支払い手続きをされたツアー代金より精算させていただきます。

他のコースよりもキャンセル料の発生日が早めとなります。

ツアー前日は深酒を避け、早めに就寝するよう心掛けましょう。ツアー当日の朝ご飯もしっかりとってください。夏場のアクティビティは思いのほか体力を消耗します。寝不足や体調不良では楽しい思い出をつくれませんからね。

当店が指定した船が出航する20分前には乗船口に移動して確実にご乗船ください。

上原行きの船が欠航した場合は大原行きにご乗船いただき、大原港に到着したら船会社が運行する臨時バスに乗車して上原港までお越しください。その際、臨時バスはバス券がないと乗れません。バス券は石垣港にある船会社で発行されるため、乗船前に必ず受け取ってください。乗船券を事前購入された方（Eチケット）もバス券を受け取ってからご乗船ください。

石垣港離島ターミナルに併設されたコインパーキングは満車となる場合がありますので、ご利用の予定がある方は時間に余裕をもってご出発ください。

お迎えの時間等に変更がある場合、お電話またはショートメールにてお知らせいたします。

夏季（4～10月）
乾きやすい素材のシャツ（日焼け対策としては長袖がベター）、ショートパンツにスパッツが良いでしょう。
滝つぼで泳ぐ方は、あらかじめ水着も着用しておいてください。

冬季（11～3月）
夏用の服装にウインドブレーカーなど風を通さない服をご準備ください。水着の着用は特に必要ありません。
ツアー当日の最高気温が20度以下になる場合は中間着（薄手のフリースなど）があればよいでしょう。

専用シューズ（18～32cm）を無料レンタルしておりますのでご利用ください。ご予約は不要です。
当店でレンタルしているシューズはこちらです。

夏場は1～2リットル、冬場は0.5～1リットルの飲料水が必要です。
特に夏場はお茶や水だけでなくスポーツドリンクもあると良いでしょう。当店でも販売しておりますのでツアー出発前にお買い求め下さい。

無料レンタルしておりますので特に準備の必要はありません。

リュックサックを無料レンタルしておりますのでご利用ください。ご予約は不要です。

ツアー中に必要のない着替えなどの荷物は、当店に置いてツアーへご参加ください。

無料の貴重品専用ロッカーをご利用ください。ロックはダイヤル式なので鍵を持ち歩く必要もありません。

帽子やタオル、日焼け止めは最低限お持ちください。サングラス、手袋（軍手など）もあると更に良いでしょう。

撮影機材やその他の機械類をツアー中に持参する方は自己責任で管理してください。防水仕様ではないカメラの場合は専用のハウジングを利用するなどの防水対策をお勧めします。
ツアー中における携行品の故障、破損等について当店は一切関与しないものといたします。ご了承ください。

ツアー終了後、石垣島へ戻る方、レンタカーをご利用の方、飲食店をご利用の方は着替えを一式ご用意ください。
シャワー室（温水）を完備しておりますので、必要な方はご利用ください。濡れたままでの公共交通の利用、飲食店への入店はマナー違反となります。ご注意ください。

• All courses have age limits. These are general guidelines, but if you are outside the age range, please contact us by email before making your reservation so we can confirm whether the tour is suitable for you.

• If you are joining as a group, please make sure everyone understands the tour details.

• As the tour is not private, sudden schedule changes cannot be made. Except in emergencies.

• To avoid trouble with other participants, please make sure you fully understand the tour content.

• Drinking alcohol during the tour is strictly prohibited.

We recommend light training such as regular walking or bathing to help your body get used to sweating.

If you cancel your tour for reasons on the customer’s side – such as feeling unwell, unexpected personal matters, trip cancellation, being unable to board the ferry, or deciding not to come to Iriomote Island because the Uehara-bound ferry was suspended – a cancellation fee will be charged based on the tour price you reserved. The Early-Morning Sagaribana Course has an earlier cancellation fee schedule than our other courses.

To enjoy the tour in the best condition, please avoid drinking too much alcohol and try to get enough sleep the night before. After the tour, you can enjoy a delicious dinner and plenty of beer.

• At Ishigaki Port, please line up at the boarding gate 20 minutes before the ferry departs.

• If the ferry to Uehara is suspended, please take the ferry to Ōhara instead. After arriving at Ōhara Port, board the special bus operated by the ferry company and come to Uehara Port. A bus ticket is required to board the special bus, so please make sure to receive it from the ferry company at Ishigaki Port before boarding the ferry. Even if you purchased your ferry ticket online in advance, please receive the bus ticket before boarding.

• The coin-operated parking lot at Ishigaki Port may become full. If you plan to come by car, please allow extra time.

If there are any changes to your pickup time, we will notify you by phone or text message.

Hot season (April–October)
Quick-dry shirts, short pants, and swim leggings are recommended. Long sleeves are better for sun protection. If you plan to swim at the waterfall basin, please wear your swimsuit underneath.

Fall & Winter (November–March)
It can be cool and windy, so please bring a windbreaker. If the temperature is below 20°C, a light fleece is recommended. A swimsuit is not necessary.

You can use our rental shoes for free (sizes 18–32 cm). No reservation is required. here

Summer / hot days: 1–2 liters
Winter: 0.5–1 liter
We also sell bottled water and isotonic drinks.

A life jacket is included in the tour cost. You do not need to prepare one.

A rucksack is included in the tour cost. You do not need to bring your own.

Large baggage can be stored at our shop.

Please use the free lockers. They are dial-type, so you do not need to carry a key.

A hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a towel are recommended.

Please protect your camera and other devices from water. We cannot be responsible for any damage. If your camera is not waterproof, please use a waterproof housing.

You can use the shower room (with warm water) for free. Please do not board a ferry or enter a restaurant while still wet.
